Refund policy

You have 30 days to return any unopened and unused items. Just email us at info@strokesgained.com with your order number to start the return process.

Thank you for shopping with Strokes Gained LLC. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

 

 

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • Unopened or unused

  • With tags and in its original packaging

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at info@strokesgained.com. Please do not send any returns without approval.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid return label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately at info@strokesgained.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Some items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., opened supplements)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

EXCHANGES Need a different item? The fastest way is to return the one you have and place a new order.

 

 

REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@strokesgained.com.
